The site is operated by SecureCloud Partners, a technology services firm based in Singapore.

What this site is

This website describes the services SecureCloud Partners offers. It is general information, not professional, technical, security or legal advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Nothing on this site creates a contract, a service level commitment or a warranty. Any engagement between us is governed solely by a separate signed agreement, and where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement prevails.

Accuracy

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or omission, that service descriptions are complete, or that the site will be available uninterrupted. Service offerings, delivery partners and the platform capabilities described here may change without notice.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, the SecureCloud Partners name and logo, and the Gahana name and platform materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Third-party names and marks referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, probe or scan it, introduce malicious code, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site, please report it to hello@securecloudpartners.com rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

External links

Where this site links to a third-party website, that link is provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any information on it, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
