How Secure Cloud Partners handles personal data collected through this website. Last updated 17 September 2026.
This website is operated by Secure Cloud Partners (“we”, “us”), a technology services firm based in Singapore.
For any question about this policy or about the personal data we hold, contact us at hello@securecloudpartners.com.
This website has no contact form, no account system, no login and no tracking or analytics cookies. We do not collect personal data from you simply by your visiting it.
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email: typically your name, your email address, your employer and the details of your enquiry.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site available and secure.
Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google, which necessarily discloses your IP address to Google. We do not send Google any other information about you, and Google’s own privacy policy governs that request.
We use no advertising networks, no social media pixels and no third-party analytics.
We use the information in your email only to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask about, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where we engage a partner to deliver part of a service to you, we share only what that partner needs in order to deliver it, under a written agreement.
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as it is needed for the business purpose it was sent for, and for as long afterwards as our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations require.
Server logs are held by our hosting provider under that provider’s own retention policy, not ours.
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Where the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have rights of erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
Send any such request to hello@securecloudpartners.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and within the period the applicable law requires, subject to legal and operational requirements. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
This website is static: it holds no database, no accounts and no submitted data, so there is nothing stored here to breach. Correspondence you send us by email is held in our business systems under our internal access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that a transmission over the internet is.
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
